I called in for service on my existing “Michele’s Hide-Away” screen and in 3 days the service technician, Dalton, arrived. He immediately assessed the damage and went to work to fix it. In less than 30 minutes the door was repaired and working as it should. I’ve had Michele’s screens installed in 2 homes over the years and very pleased with the product and service. The cost of my recent service was surprisingly low.

I was visiting with a neighbor and noticed she had a hide-away screen in her front door. I loved it! She told me she got it from Michele’s Hide-Away Screens. I went online to request a quote and received a response in a timely manner. The rep came out and measured and discussed options with me. My new hide-away screen was installed a few weeks later. It looks beautiful! I love being able to open the front door now to enjoy the fresh air.

The whole experience was great. A fast reply to my web inquiry and the estimator was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They did the installation about 3 weeks ahead of schedule and the screens look great. Garage screen and hidden front door screens. Highly recommended!

Michele’s Hideaway installed my garage screens years ago. They did such a nice job, I just had them do my entrance double doors with a retractable screen. Nice, efficient, clean job.
