Our original purchase has proven to be one of our best additions to our home. In general, the screen has function, very smoothly and reliably. Unfortunately, my wife slipped and fell into the screen, which dislodged it from one track. The service technician repaired it with no issue and readjusted the hardware to relieve some tension.
