The Installer / Field Tech must possess good mechanical skills and consistently strive to provide superior workmanship in the installation and/or servicing of our specialty screen and shade products in a prompt, courteous and presentable manner.

Two garage door retractable screens at Grand Park North. Everyone from Al (on-site sales) to Jack (installer) were very professional. Especially Jack who had to contend with severe out of plumb garage door framing to deliver an excellent installation. Physical showroom is a plus for the how-does-it-work crowd. We definitely recommend Michele's.

Michelle screens 👍 Jack was awesome install technician. Jack was good - responsive time was good. Customer service nice and friendly. Highly recommend them - I think service call fee was a little high ($100.00) for a recent install of there motor that was acting up, I thought perhaps covered by warranty as install is under 12 month. Oh well - there you go 👍
