Jack from Michele's Hide-Away was a very professional, polite and personable arriving right on time. The tear on the lower corner of the screen wasn't easily repairable, but Jack was creative and tenacious, managing to repair the hole that's barely noticeable now. Thank you Jack for a job well done! I was back my car up out of the garage and forgot to raise the screen first. Crash. Pushed the left side frame out. I called Michele’s hide away who I purchased from and they were out in a few days for repair, which was done by the technician expertly. Excellent company to work with. They came and showed use the product in detail and gave us a full, accurate estimate with all options explained fully, so we could make an informed decision. No pressure. Technician took detailed measurements and gave us an accurate estimate to manufacture our screen for installation.
