Bob,technician, was timely and professional on the ruagnosis, replacement of all 8 roller sliders on our 13 year old 4 door garage screens. He cleaned and lubricated the upper track, as wells tightened all cement screws on floor track, too. Definitely a two thumbs up experience w Michele's Hide-Away Screens.
