WITH THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF EVERYONE IN MIND, WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE FOLLOWING PRACTICES & PROCEDURES AS WE WORK HARD TO MEET YOUR NEEDS:

• We will only book appointments for the installation, repair or measuring of products that are mounted on exterior openings and accessible without having to enter the interior living space.
• In situations where brief access to the interior space is necessary (ie: to install latch mechanisms on retractable door screens), MHAS personnel will maintain the recommended 6-foot safe distance.
• We ask customers to make the work/measuring site accessible to MHAS personnel prior to their scheduled arrival time.
• Having the doorway already opened or unlocked will allow most, if not all of the work to be completed with minimal contact between you and MHAS personnel.
• MHAS personnel will wear protective gloves while on-site and will refrain from handshaking.
• MHAS personnel will maintain the recommended 6-foot safe distance and we respectfully ask that our customers do the same.
• MHAS personnel will disinfect all product surfaces upon completion of work.
• We ask customers to use their own pen when signing paperwork and/or writing checks.
• If mutual handling of a customer’s credit card and/or the MHAS personnel’s digital signature pad is unavoidable, credit card payments should be phoned into our office.
